The Royal Society of New Zealand administers a large collection of inter-connected sites with a vast array of audiences and users. When we began working with them we took on the rather large task of managing their massive suite of websites which is intertwined with extensive in-house and external resourcing.
Simplify and polish
In our consultation, we evaluated their overall site architecture and looked at ways to streamline the way their back-end files were structured. A simpler back-end would allow them to be better managed with a CMS which the vast majority of their staff could use. We also provided key facilitation on any issues that arose as their needs and sites evolved and grew.
When it was time to update their site to reflect a more refreshed look and feel based on their existing brand, the RSNZ asked us to work with their communications team to refine and polish the way the main RSNZ site is presented, giving them a more updated and vibrant look while still working within their budget restraints.
